For a decade I was the woman who looked like she had it together — the title, the salary, the calm exterior. Inside, I rehearsed every sentence and waited for permission that never came.
When a job loss forced my hand, I had to rebuild from the studs up. What I discovered wasn't a louder version of myself — it was a quieter, rooted confidence that didn't need anyone's approval. I turned what worked into a method, got certified, and started coaching the women I used to be.
Six years and 500+ clients later, this is the work I was meant to do.
